Important Information

Why do we need a deposit?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your requested date. This allows us to cover the cost of ingredients, preparation, and time spent creating your baked treats. As all our bakes are made fresh to order, this helps us manage our schedule and ensure we can fulfil every booking. Deposits also help prevent last-minute cancellations or no-shows, allowing us to continue providing high-quality, handmade treats for all our customers. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final balance which will be due a week prior to collection. Full payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

Changing your order

If you need to make changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request, but as all our treats are made to order, some changes may not be possible at short notice. Depending on the nature of the changes, additional charges may apply to cover extra ingredients, preparation, or design adjustments.  

Cancelling your order

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. If this happens, please let us know as soon as possible. If given adequate notice we may be able to change/amend your order for a later date. Unfortunately cancellations made at short notice may result in loss of payments which have already been made.

Collecting your order

Collecting your order is simple and hassle-free! Upon booking please advise when you would need to collect your order. Your sweet treats will then be ready for you at the date and time agreed. To ensure your bakes stay as fresh and delicious as possible, please arrive at the agreed time. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, just let us know in advance so we can make sure everything goes smoothly.

Rescheduling Collections

If you need to reschedule your collection, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a new collection time. While we’ll always try our best to accommodate changes, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice where possible. This helps us manage our baking schedule and ensure every order is at its best.

Not showing for your collection

If you are unable to collect your order at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible as we can only hold them for a limited time. Failure to collect without prior notice may result in your order being disposed of. If you’re running late or need to arrange a new collection time, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
